1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1) To Provide Services to You

When you register for our services, we collect your nickname and avatar. This information is collected to help you complete registration and protect the security of your account. The SnapDrama software application may use this information to promote and introduce products to you, send business notifications, or communicate with you regarding business.

 

The above information you provide will be continuously authorized for our use during your use of the service. Once you log out of your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

 

The above information will be stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. If cross-border transfer is required, we will separately obtain your explicit authorization and consent.

 

When you use our services, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize your service experience, and protect your account security, we will receive and record device-related information according to your specific operations when accessing and/or using the service. This includes device model, device name, mobile carrier, operating system version, ROM information, device settings, unique device identifiers, hardware serial numbers, device environment, list of mobile applications, and other hardware and software characteristics; system parameters; device location-related information (including authorized GPS geographic location as well as WLAN access points, WiFi status, and base station sensor information); device unique identification codes (MAC/IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/IDFV/OPENUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI); device CPU/ABI model. Service log information: when you visit or use products or services provided by the SnapDrama software application, we will automatically collect and record your detailed usage as service logs, including browsing, clicks and views, search queries, favorites, transactions, after-sales, as well as IP address, visit date, and time.

 

Our services may include or link to third-party social media or other services (including websites). For example, you may log in to our service using third-party connection services, or you may share certain content to third-party services using “share” buttons. These features may collect your information (including your log information) to properly operate these features.

 

Permission to obtain the list of installed applications is used to determine whether third-party applications (such as the WeChat app) are installed locally. Not enabling this may cause the application to crash.

 

Auto-start and related starts: when you have push notifications enabled but cannot properly receive messages, we may occasionally wake the application based on its operating status to receive messages in the background, ensuring you receive push notifications.

 

(2) To Conduct Internal Data Analysis and Research, Third-Party SDK Statistical Services, and Improve Our Products or Services

We collect data based on your interactions with us and your choices, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. The data we collect may include SDK/API/JS code versions, browsers, internet service providers, IP addresses, platforms, timestamps, application codes, application versions, application distribution channels, independent device identifiers, iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), Android Advertising ID, network card (MAC) addresses, mobile application lists, international mobile device identifiers (IMEI), SIM card IMSI, device model, device manufacturer, device operating system version, session start/stop times, language and location, time zone, network status (WiFi, etc.), disk, CPU, and battery usage.

 

(3) According to Relevant Laws and National Standards, in the Following Situations, We May Collect or Use Your Personal Information Without Your Authorization or Consent

Directly related to national security, national defense security, or other national interests; directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests such as public knowledge.

 

Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement.

 

Necessary to protect your or another person's life, property, reputation, or other major legitimate rights and interests, but it is difficult to obtain your consent.

 

The personal information collected is voluntarily disclosed by you to the public.

 

Personal information collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosures, etc.

 

Necessary for signing and performing a contract at your request.

 

Necessary for maintaining the security and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as detecting and handling product or service faults.

To ensure the normal implementation of related business functions, we need to invoke necessary permissions according to specific usage scenarios and will pop up a window to ask for your consent before invocation. Detailed permission call descriptions are shown in the table below:

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

(a) Cookies

We share data via APIs, SDKs with third parties, covering third-party account login, sharing, payment, navigation, push notifications, statistics, etc. We conduct strict security testing of third-party SDKs. You can review third-party privacy policies via provided links.

Network communication: Collect device software list to ensure app stability.

 

Alipay login: Collect device and network information as per Alipay’s privacy policy.

 

WeChat login: Collect device info, installed app list, network info, etc.

 

Payments: Similar to Alipay login info.

 

Advertising: Collect basic device info, app version, network info, advertising IDs, optional location and sensor data via Pangle.

 

Crash logs: Via Bugly, collect device info, memory usage, running processes, etc.

 

User identification: Via Mobile Security Alliance, collect device manufacturer, model, carrier, app package info, OAID, etc.

 

Statistics: Via Umeng, collect device info, location, network info.

 

(b) Transfer

 

We do not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual except in:

 

Cases with your explicit consent.

 

Mergers, acquisitions, or bankruptcy involving personal information transfer, with new holders abiding by this policy or seeking your consent again.

 

(c) Disclosure

 

We only disclose your personal information in:

 

Cases with your explicit consent.

 

Legal requirements, legal proceedings, lawsuits, or mandatory government requests.

 

4. How We Protect Your Personal Information

(a) We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss. Measures include SSL encryption for data transmission, HTTPS browsing, encryption technologies, trusted protections against attacks, access controls ensuring only authorized personnel can access data.

(c) Network environments are not 100% secure. If unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or damage occurs due to breaches of our physical, technical, or management safeguards, causing harm to your rights, we will assume legal liability.

Account info: via the client app under “Me” → avatar/settings → account info.

 

Search info: via homepage search and discovery to access or clear search history, interests, and manage other data.

 

If you cannot access this info, email mutgoferamopot@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

 

Other personal info generated during service use will be provided upon reasonable request via the same email.

 

(b) Correction

 

You have the right to request correction of your personal information if you find errors. Use the same access channels or email mutgoferamopot@gmail.com for requests. We respond within 30 days.

 

(c) Deletion

 

You may request deletion of personal info if:

 

We violate laws or regulations in handling your data.

 

We collect/use your data without consent.

 

We violate agreements with you.

 

You no longer use our services or cancel your account.

 

We stop providing products or services.

 

If deleting, we notify entities that obtained your data to delete timely unless otherwise required by law or independently authorized by you. Deleted data may remain in backups until updated.

 

(d) Account Cancellation

 

You can log out and cancel your account anytime via client app: “Me” → Settings → Cancel Account.

 

After cancellation, we stop providing services and delete your personal data unless required by law.

 

(e) Obtain personal data copies

 

You may obtain copies via client app: “Me” → Contact Customer Service.

 

(f) Restrict automatic decision-making

 

For some functions using automated decision-making (e.g., algorithms), you can request explanations and remedies if decisions significantly affect your rights.

 

(g) Response to requests

 

You may need to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days. Complaints can be sent to mutgoferamopot@gmail.com.

 

We generally do not charge for reasonable requests but may charge for repeated, excessive, or technically complex requests. Requests with abuse or causing harm to others may be denied.

 

Requests cannot be fulfilled if they involve national security, public safety, criminal investigations, or if malicious or cause serious harm.

 

6. How We Handle Children’s Personal Information

Our products, websites, and services primarily target adults. Children cannot create accounts without parental or guardian consent.

 

When collecting children’s personal info with parental consent, we only use or disclose it as permitted by law or necessary to protect the child.

 

We consider anyone under 14 as a child. If we discover collecting a child’s info without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete it.

 

7. How Your Personal Information Is Transferred Globally

Generally, personal information collected and generated within China is stored within China.

 

Since we provide services via global resources and servers, with your authorization and consent, your personal data may be transferred outside China to the country or region where you use the products or services or accessed from those jurisdictions.

 

These jurisdictions may have different or no data protection laws. In such cases, we ensure your personal data receives protection equivalent to that within China, such as by obtaining your consent or anonymizing data before cross-border transfer.

We may update or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be published on our website with the updated date marked. Except where laws or regulations require otherwise, the updated policy takes effect 7 days after notification or publication.
